Peter's Yard Fig & Spelt Sourdough Crackers

These crispbreads by Peter's Yard are inspired by their love of Sweden, the home of crispbread. They select simple, natural ingredients including organic fresh milk, organic flour and precious sourdough, which is allowed to ferment for 16 hours before each batch is made. baked until crisp and golden, they are the natural choice for cheese. 

We tried them with each of our cheeses and this Fig & Spelt flavour Sourdough Crispbread is perfect with our blue cheeses, a hint of sweetness of the fig adds to the experience without over powering. 

Ingredients
Spelt wheat flour 79%, milk, fig pieces 16%, sourdough 10%,  (rye flour, water), honey, sea salt.
