Shepardspurse (Cracking cheese from it) a well flavoured cheese, a fantastic taste. What ever order I have placed from Shepardspurse it is always well packaged and on time. Thank you keep up the good work cheers
Love this cheese. I can't eat cow's milk, so glad I found Mrs Bell's Blue. Creamy texture, just the right amount of mild mould! Wish I could find it locally.
We tried this cheese in place of feta in a regular pasta salad recipe. We found it absolutely delicious, creamier and less salty than the usual cheese we use. We will definitely be buying more!
cheese enjoyed by several people, I did not realise blumin white was made with penicillin. I am allergic to this . Perhaps the link with penicillin , ie it is a blue cheese could be included in the description .I realise now that the name is a clue ! I had assumed it would be OK as a white cheese.
