Old Yorke was one of the four cheeses I ordered. All the cheeses arrived as scheduled and the packaging was not only excellent but well above the expected standard as were all the cheeses. a Soft and tangy cheese with a delicate texture that slices easily without crumbling. The round is an ideal size to fit onto a cheese board or a picnic basket. Can a larger size please be offered? Moreish for sure!
Awesome - take it out of the fridge well before - the creaminess is sublime - ours (more than one) didn't make it to Xmas - the crackers took no prisoners
