Creamy, sweet and mild, Yorkshire Blue is an ideal introduction to blue cheese. With age, the flavour deepens and becomes more complex without compromising the mild creaminess that’s helped make it a national favourite.

Launched in 1995, Yorkshire Blue was our first blue cheese, our first cheese made from cow’s milk, and the first blue cheese to be made in Yorkshire for 30 years.

Our multi-award-winning Yorkshire Blue is handmade and matured over eight weeks. Each week, we turn each individual cheese by hand, which helps to achieve the lovely blue veining and even smooth texture.

But don't just take our word for it, Yorkshire Blue was judged to be the Best English Cheese at the International Cheese & Dairy Awards in 2018.

Yorkshire Blue

My daughter brought a selection of cheeses bought in Beverley, East Riding. The outstanding one, to my taste, was Yorkshire Blue, so ordered some directly, but don`t eat straight from fridge, as I found it much better at room temperature.

Pure delight

I have been buying Yorkshire Blue for five years and cannot fault it, a lovely creamy mild blue cheese. If you haven’t tried it please do as I am sure you will be hooked.

A very tasty and fairly mild blue cheese. Wonderful cheese produced by a family farming business who have excellent attention to detail from product to packaging and despatch.
