What can I say but deeeelishous.

We struggle to find a flavoursome cheese but this is always good. Especially in shakshuka and risottos. Too easy to nibble so it never lasts long.

Lovley creamy blue cheese, no bitterness.

A classic blue cheese taste. Not too sharp. Ideal for cooking as well as crackers
