We love parkin, we love chocolate, and we LOVE biscuits, so these Yorkshire Ginger Parkin and Chocolate Biscuits from award-winning Yorkshire bakery Lottie Shaw's are the perfect treat.

Having taste tested them thoroughly along with our blue cheeses here at Shepherds Purse, we're happy to report they are the perfect accompaniment! 

The crunch of biscuit carries the creaminess of our soft blue cheeses, whilst the sweetness of the chocolate balances the savoury saltiness in the cheese to perfection, creating a really interesting mouth feel and a perfect, quirky pairing.
