A unique combination of ewes milk cheese carefully matured with the finest English lavender flowers. This cheese is a surprising and interesting partnership of flavours. Easy to slice and wonderful for a salad combination.
Made from pasteurised ewes milk and suitable for vegetarians.
Background
We launched Katy\'s White Lavender back in 2003 as a project between ourselves and another famous Yorkshire export - Yorkshire Lavender. Katy\'s White Lavender is a ewes milk cheese rolled in dried lavender flowers and matured over a number of weeks. This allows the lavender flavour to delicately permeate through the crumbly and creamy ewe�s milk cheese. People tend to love or hate Katy\'s White Lavender, either way it never fails to impress on a cheese board.
